These Terms govern access to GEAMMO.com and GEA Online community features, including the development forum, newsletter, and any game-account tools offered through this site. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GEA Online or GEAMMO.com. If the law where you live requires a greater age to consent to these Terms, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. GEAMMO.com is not directed at children under 13.

The service

GEA Online is an independent 3D MMORPG in development, built with Unreal Engine 5. GEAMMO.com is a PHP community and information website—news, features, FAQ, and a development forum—separate from the downloadable game client. Features, rules, availability, and game data may change. Bugs, interruptions, and data loss may occur. We may modify, suspend, or end features when reasonably necessary.

Accounts

Provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your community account. A forum account is separate from game-client access. Usernames may be changed or removed when they impersonate others, violate rights, or disrupt the community.

Acceptable conduct

You may not cheat; exploit bugs; harass or threaten others; post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; distribute malware; scrape private data; buy or sell accounts; or use GEA Online or GEAMMO.com for unlawful activity. Report security vulnerabilities privately through the contact form rather than exploiting or publishing them before they can be addressed.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant GEA Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate that content solely as reasonably needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.

Game content and virtual items

GEA Online software, artwork, text, branding, and game systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Any limited right to play is personal, revocable, and non-transferable. Accounts, in-game resources, currencies, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no cash value or ownership interest and may be adjusted or removed during development.

Purchases

This website does not currently offer real-money purchases. If payments are enabled later, separate payment, refund, and cancellation terms will be published before transactions are accepted.

Moderation and termination

We may investigate violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect the game, users, or legal rights. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the contact form.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and game are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, GEA Online’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the game and site develop. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
